Meet the Team
All decorating work is carried out by qualified trades professionals on our team, many of whom have started their careers with us as apprentices and progressed by gaining qualifications, knowledge and experience within a supportive and engaging environment.
With such skilled individuals, the result is a team that has a strong sense of dedication and pride in their work. They operate with high standards of health and safety training and are members of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). We also carry out regular on-site meetings to ensure quality control and address any potential issues.
Chris Meechan
Managing Director
Chris has a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and joined in 2020, He has over 15 years in the industry and has previously worked for national painting contractors. He is highly experienced and specialises in painting and decorating projects.
Brian Richardson
Account Manager
Brian Joined in 2022 and has over 33 years of experience in various roles within the painting industry. Before joining the team, he spent the last ten years as Senior Technical Support Manager with AkzoNobel Dulux Paints prior to which, he worked as Store Manager with Johnstone & Dulux Paints.

Lyndsay joined in June 1995 and has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. She has over 25 years of industry experience working with Orr Decorators.
