Moda – Springside Taping

Located in Edinburgh, The McEwan neighbourhood will be the first Scottish Moda development and will be a radical shift away from the traditional rental market.

It comprises of 476 rental homes with access to state-of-the-art amenities such as a resident’s gym, cinema room, shared lounges, private dining rooms with panoramic views over the city and public squares.

Works were completed within a twelve-month programme and our scope of works included taping, decorating and applying wallcoverings to various types of apartments and communal areas throughout the building.
